Computer players dont know the game strategies

Game is very frustrating to play with computer players (in particular your computer partner). The computer partner often bids too high without cards in hand to support bid, doesnt bid with cards in hand that support bid, doesnt pass appropriate cards to partner, breaks up own meld during card pass when a meld bid was made, etc. I would have fired any other partner for these offenses. Can you fix this????
ALSO! WHEN PARTNER ACCEPTS COMPUTERs MELD BID, THE COMPUTER BREAKS UP MELD WHEN PASSING CARDS TO PARTNER? MAKES ME CRAZY! AS I WAS DEPENDING ON THAT MELD TO MAKE MY BID!!!!!!!!!!!!
